Lunch Service

Description

We welcome members of the community to help serve lunch on weekends at the Emergency Shelter.

Take a break on your weekend by volunteering with other community-minded individuals who love giving back!
 

Shift Details:

Parking: The DI has very limited parking stalls at our main shelter location (1 Dermot Baldwin Way SE). Volunteers may park in these stalls at their own risk. The DI will not be responsible for any damage or theft to the vehicles or its contents. We recommend walking or taking transit when coming in to volunteer at our main shelter.
 
How to get in: Please enter the building through the doors on the north side of the building. Please utilize the red buzzer button to notify our security team that you are here to volunteer. 
 
Age Requirement: As of November 2024, volunteers must be 18 or older.
